Description of the Structure

The Florence Room B&B is located on the second floor of a beautiful building in a charming and quiet street in the historic centre of Florence, adjacent to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, the Palazzo dei Congressi and just a few hundred metres from the Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre and the most important historical monuments in Florence.

Payment of the tourist tax must be made in cash upon check-in.

PARKING

Parking 'pick-up and drop-off' service at the B&B.
The property has a covered and supervised car park that provides a 'pick-up and drop-off' service at the B&B, at a cost of € 25.00 per night per day.
On your arrival simply park your car temporarily in front of the B&B in Via Fiume 1, if you arrive in the morning we will call the garage if you arrive later and use the self check-in service you will call the garage Imperiale 055332013 and after 15/20 minutes at the most a garage attendant will collect your car and bring it back at your departure or during your stay if necessary at an additional cost to be agreed.
The service cannot be booked but is requested on the day of check-in.

Small and medium-sized animals

Small and medium-sized animals are allowed at the Florence Room, subject to prior notification at the time of booking.
The service charge is 15.00 euro for the cost of cleaning the room.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please observe the following rules: keep your pets on a leash while inside the B&B;
pets may never be left alone unattended in the room; small dogs are allowed; pet owners accept full responsibility for damage that may be caused by animals;
an animal that disturbs any of the customers or persons in the B&B must be calmed.

ROOMS

The Florence Room B&B has comfortable rooms furnished in classical style with private bathroom and equipped with useful amenities. Breakfast has an additional cost of 6 € and is not included in the room price only.

For arrivals after 8 p.m. the time must be communicated two days prior to arrival and a surcharge of € 15.00 must be paid if payment for the room has not been made and the staff must be present, if payments have been made there will be a self check in service. Without self check-in it is not possible to arrive after 10pm.

    • Exit the station on the left leaving the trains behind. Cross the street and go right afterwards turn left and then the first street on the left and you will arrive at Florence Room B&B via Fiume n. 1
    • To get to the hotel without passing through the ZTL, you have to arrive from Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, follow the signs for the station, pass through Piazza Indipendenza first, then Via Nazionale, and turn into the last street on the right before the camera, that's Via Fiume, we are Florence Room B&B at no. 1.
